Press to press transfer for dynamic, complex and flexible process requirements
This principle is applied to the design of press linkage and
transfer solutions which are used in press lines of various
sizes, types and demands. These models are characterized
by high availability and dynamics.
Press linkage with feeders for tandem lines
The dynamics and output depends largely on the parts geometry and the press dimensions. Large press distances can be overcome without causing any disadvantage with respect to the cycle-time
because parts transfer between the presses takes place during the pressing operation.
